The proposed project is composed of 1 pullets house of 16,500 per cycle + 3 layer houses with 15,000 birds each, total of 45,000 laying birds.
Production: The project is estimate to produce over than 10,000,000 eggs annually.
The Pullets farm
Growing 45,000 layers periods of 105-110 days each, including 10% reserve for sorting and mortality needs 16,500 pullets. The pullets would grow up in the density of 13 birds per 1 M2. The design would be as Aurora pullets coop with adaptions to the local needs if any.
Food and feed
We will install in each coop a one mix tanks with a capacity of 7.9 tones.

• Feeder – diameter 90, 45 kg per minute speed, 16 meters’ length with four downs.

• Tank with a capacity of 100 kg with a micro-switch
• 72 plates line calculated for 38 chickens per dish.
• Every line includes head unit and edge
• Five water outlet lines of 55 meters in length, 270 water outlets + tray per line, 9- 7 chickens per outlet.
